Safety & Security

Every effort is made to make Air Day a safe day out for the whole family to enjoy. For your personal well-being, please:

  • Be prepared for high levels of noise.
  • Do not cross barriers or wander out of the public areas.
  • Place all of your litter in the bins provided, or take it home with you.
  • Do not smoke in the hangars.
  • Do not leave baggage or packages unattended.
  • Have plenty of sun protection (the airfield is a large open space offering little shelter).
  • Note where you park your car on arrival, there are several car parks across the site!
  • Identify a clearly recognisable place to meet-up with members of your group incase you become separated from each other. There is a lost children area located next to the first aid point in the centre of the venue.
  • Speak to anyone in uniform if you have any concerns.

As a working military establishment, the MOD reserves the right to carry out security checks and searches on any persons, property or vehicles as required.

RNAS Culdrose reserves the right to cancel or change Air Day 2016 without notice.
