Q. Can I bring my dog?

A. Air Day is a very noisy event therefore; no animals other than disability dogs are permitted.

Q. Are there special facilities for disabled visitors?

A. Parking for disabled visitors’ cars is arranged as close to the ground attractions as possible.  Please display your disability badge prominently.  As with all car parking areas within the Air Station, space is limited.

The airfield is generally flat with hard surfaces leading to most of the public areas.  However, these are spread over a wide area and therefore distances can be significant.  The flight line, the principal public viewing area for the display, is on grass.

Q. Will there be a souvenir brochure on sale?

A. Yes.  A souvenir brochure, containing a map, information on RNAS Culdrose and the flying display will be on sale throughout the day.

Q. Where can I find details about local accommodation?

A. Visit your local Tourist Information Office or one of the many websites offering details of places to stay in Cornwall including www.cornwalltouristboard.co.uk and www.visitsouthwest.co.uk

Q. How much does car-parking cost?

A. Car Parking at RNAS Culdrose is free.

Q. Are refreshments available?

A. Water is freely available across the site and there will be a wide selection of outlets selling food and drink.
