You should be interested in people and have a desire to care for the sick and injured. It’s crucial that you can remain calm, but react quickly in an emergency. Serving on a submarine takes a special type of person: you need to be able to live and work in a confined space. Above all, Medical Assistants need to be committed, enthusiastic team players.
