Decommissioned Units

When a submarine says goodbye to the Royal Navy it is always a sad day. On her last entry into her home port, the submarine flies a decommissioning pennant, and her final farewell involves a decommissioning ceremony when submarine's company, previous commanding officers and affiliates gather to commemorate the hard work and dedication of her life in the Naval service, and to lower the White Ensign for the final time.
