This section provides information to make Service personnel better aware of the total package of benefits, both financial and non-financial, on offer to members of the Royal Navy.

The intranet site entitled Service Personnel Benefits – a look at the total package exists not only for the direct use of individuals, but also as a briefing resource for the Chain of Command.

While the site is for use by anyone currently serving, those contemplating leaving the Services might find the aide-memoire of particular help in deciding whether to stay or go.

If you do decide to leave, then the site also provides advice on resettlement and how you can retain your links with the service after you have left.
