The Maritime Reserves Rates of Pay
What you can expect
Although as a Reservist you’re a volunteer, but that doesn’t mean we expect you to do it all for nothing - quite the opposite in fact. You’ll be paid at the same rate as your regular rank equivalent for every training night, week or weekend you attend and for any period of deployment. You’ll also get a tax-free bonus when you satisfactorily complete your annual training commitment.
