YOUR CAREER PATH IN THE ROYAL MARINES BAND SERVICE
The promotion structure in the Royal Marines Band Service allows you to follow your musical and management ambitions as far as you want to go. Unlike the Royal Marines or Royal Navy, we don’t take direct entry officers – so everyone is at the same level, and will have the opportunity to progress through the ranks from there.
