All those that apply to join the Royal Navy must go through a selection process. This process has been in use for many years and has proven successful in placing candidates with the ability to cope with Naval Training and who will enjoy Service life. Therefore, it is an opportunity for you to show your suitability for a career with us and an opportunity for you to look at the Service.
The selection is a staged process and successful completion of one stage is required before you pass on to the next. Candidates must attend an initial interview or presentation and then pass the Recruit Test, Medical and Eye Test, Pre-joining Fitness Test Selection Interview and Security and Reference Checks.
