Graduate opportunities for over 180 UCAS points

As an Officer, your training (which continues throughout your career) will equip you for the huge range of opportunities and challenges ahead. In many respects, it’s just like managing a team in any other large organisation. You’ll be providing leadership, inspiration and direction, monitoring performance, taking responsibility for people’s training and development, dealing with employment issues, and providing practical and emotional support when times get tough.

• A starting salary of £28,216
• A ‘golden hello’ of £5,000 if you choose to become a Submariner (awarded on completion of training)
