As an Officer Cadet in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary, you get the best of both worlds. You'll be doing a responsible and challenging job, seeing the world and getting paid for it, while studying for a recognised higher qualification as though you were at university. You'll be preparing for a career in one of the most hands-on jobs we have to offer where you'll be at the sharp end of our replenishment at sea (RAS) operations, working with the team above and below decks, and on the bridge.
