Observer Navigation Weapon Systems Officer Scholarship
The Fleet Air Arm provides the Navy with a multi-role aviation combat capability. Observers fly in helicopters (flown by the pilots) and they will operate the sensors the weapons systems and navigational equipment. Often Observers can command a helicopter in that they can manage tactical operations.
